Ginger, finely chopped <br />2 tsp. Garlic, finely chopped <br />2 Onions, finely chopped <br />2-3 Tomatoes, finely chopped <br />Salt, to taste <br />Turmeric Powder <br />2 bunches of Mustard Leaves <br />2 bunches of Spinach, finely chopped <br />1 bunch of Bathua (Chenopodium) <br />1 glass water <br /> <br />For Makke Ki Roti:- <br />2 soup bowls Maize Flour <br />Radish Leaves, finely chopped <br />2 Pinches of Caraway <br />Salt, to taste <br />Lukewarm Water <br /> <br />1 tsp. Garam Masala <br /> <br />White Ghee for Garnish <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pressure cooker add all the Sarson Ka Saag ingredients and cook for 2 whistles. <br />2. Mix the Makke Ki Roti ingredients well and knead a dough. <br />3. Make Rotis of the dough as shown in the video and roast them with ghee on pan. <br />4. Once the pressure cooker is opened, add 2 tbsp. maize flour to the saag and mix well. <br />5. Add water and mash the saag well and add garam masala. <br />6.
